In the team a British Architect John Nichols, A Spanish technical Architect, A Spanish Lawyer with a real estate Office. We have access to 2 highly qualified real estate sales people and general manager in the area

Circuit of Americas in Austin Texas and a model of the circuit

This circuit could either be clockwise (initially designed for) or anti clockwise.

Circuito Málaga
two or three of the planned "Pueblos" will be similar to this

there will be 5 of 100 units each for motor sport fans & will be within 2 to 3 kms of the circuit. Two of the planned pueblos it is anticipated would be similar to this overlooking the circuit.
The Industrial site can accommodate teams that would like a Southern European base with it´s own test circuit.
We have a contact that could run a racing drivers school and another person that could run a go-kart facility
The designer of this circuit has also designed a circuit for karts which could be incorporated within this motor sport facility
It has been suggested by the Spanish government that foreigners that purchase property for 160.000 euros + would be eligible for a residence permit which means that fans from Russia, America (North and South),India, China Saudi Arabia., Quatar, Dubai etc., could become members. They could either be permanent or holiday homes. This is similar to a scheme already in place by a Baltic country

It was only yesterday whilst watching the Formula 1 at Spa-Francorchamps that the circuit could run races anti-clockwise.
ReplyDeleteCorners 1 & 2 at the end of the long pit straight, if the circuit became anti-clockwise then this would be very similar to the chicane at Spa-Francorchamps leading onto the pit straight there. If I was to allow for both alternatives then it would be best to place the 30 boxes in the center of the pit straight.
Excellent Sharing! I love everything this post. I know the Full Circuit at Pittsburgh International Race Complex is 2.8 miles in length with 19 corners. And want to learn more in detail about the pitt race
