*If I could finance it I would purchase American REIT´s (Ideally this would be executed via a secondary offering of one particular mREIT) which yield approximately 15% before tax and I estimate that the dividends from 150,000,000 investment over 3 years would cover the cost of the project which could provide a 100% return with the original capital intact (subject to the share price which could move either up or down. Would do it myself if I won a big Euro Millions Jackpot.

This project would help Spain with the creation of new jobs both on the circuit and the new industries that would be created in the area of Antequera & Archidona. hopefully with teams setting up their bases here, tyre & fuel companies, specialist manufacturers together with an increase in tourism. It is said that when the new Nürburgring was built that it created approximately 1,500 new jobs
